FAQ’s

The clinic is located within a home-based setting with free parking in the driveway. 

Arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment is sufficient.  If earlier than that, I may not be ready for you and I wouldn’t want to keep you waiting. Ring the doorbell and I’ll be right with you.

24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. 

The full fee will be applied to your credit card for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. The clinic reserves the right to waive fees for exceptions such as illness and emergencies within reason.

The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it would be unsafe for either the client or therapist to proceed.

Future appointments will not be booked for outstanding accounts or for missed appointments and for habitual rescheduling or late cancellations.

Many extended healthcare plans offer coverage for Registered Massage Therapy.  It is your responsibility to contact your provider to determine the extent of coverage you may be eligible for.

The clinic does not provide direct billing to third party insurance or extended healthcare plans. Full payment is required at the time of treatment and a receipt will be issued once payment is received.
